The Problem

Every day, customers you never meet are deciding against you.

They searched. They compared. They read four reviews — including the one-star from 2023 nobody ever answered. Then they called your competitor. No missed call, no lost quote, no record it ever happened. Reputation loss is invisible, and it compounds.

You can't see it.

There's no report for the customers who chose someone else. A slipping rating, slowing review flow, or an unanswered complaint costs you quietly, every single week.

You can't manage it from your pocket.

Reviews arrive across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and industry sites at all hours. Owners find out about a bad one days later — after hundreds of prospects have already read it.

Doing nothing is a strategy. It's just a bad one.

Your competitors' ratings are one tap away from yours. If they respond faster, collect reviews more consistently, and keep their profiles cleaner, they win the customer you both paid to attract.

You wouldn't run your business without knowing your bank balance. Your reputation deserves the same visibility.

The Reputation Health Score™

One number that tells you where you stand.

Your business already has a credit score, a health inspection grade, a P&L. But the asset that decides whether the phone rings — your online reputation — has never had a number. We built one.

The Reputation Health Score™ analyzes 47 data points across every platform that matters for your industry and distills them into a single 0–100 score, benchmarked against your three closest competitors. It's how our analysts measure, how our clients track progress, and how you'll finally know — not guess — where you stand.

Rating Strength

What your stars say, how they're distributed, and which way they're trending.

Review Momentum

How often new reviews arrive compared to the competitors ranking beside you.

Response Health

Whether customers (and Google) see a business that listens or one that ignores.

Profile Integrity

Listing accuracy, duplicates, policy-violating reviews, and the local SEO signals that decide who shows up first.

Your score already exists. You just haven't seen it yet.

Why Us

A bureau, not an agency.

Marketing agencies sell attention. We protect an asset. That difference shows up in everything: how we measure, what we refuse to do, and how we report to you.

Methodology, published.

The 47-point Reputation Intelligence methodology is documented and public. You'll never wonder what we looked at or why your score is what it is.

Policy-based, always.

We remove reviews by proving platform-policy violations — never by trickery, suppression, or fake positives. Our work survives platform scrutiny because it's built on their own rules.

Analysts, assisted by AI.

Our monitoring runs on software; our judgment doesn't. Every report, response, and dispute is reviewed by a human analyst who signs their name to it.

You own everything.

Your profiles, your reviews, your data, your report. Fire us tomorrow and you keep it all. Confidence doesn't need a contract lock-in.

Results

What owners say after seeing their score.

"The audit found 11 reviews that violated Google's own policies. Four are gone already. I'd been staring at those reviews for two years thinking nothing could be done."

[Name]Owner · Auto Repair · [City]
RHS 54 → 71 in 90 days

"I thought our reputation was fine because we're at 4.5 stars. The report showed our review flow had been slowing for a year while our competitor's doubled. We'd have never seen it coming."

[Name]Practice Manager · Dental · [City]
Review velocity +3.2× in 6 months

"Every review gets a professional response within a day now, and I get one email a month telling me exactly where we stand. It's the only report I actually read."

Case Study

How a [City] auto shop went from At Risk to Strong in one quarter.

The situation.

A two-location auto repair shop, 3.8 on Google, 14 unanswered negative reviews, a duplicate listing splitting its reviews, and a competitor at 4.6 taking the top map position.

What the audit found.

RHS 54 — At Risk. Eleven reviews eligible for policy disputes. Response rate under 15%. Review velocity a third of the market leader's.

What we did.

Filed policy disputes (4 removals), merged the duplicate listing, responded to all 212 outstanding reviews, and installed a post-service review request flow.

The result, 90 days later.

RHS 71 — Stable and climbing. Google rating 3.8 → 4.3. Review velocity up 3×. Map-pack position: #2 → tied #1.

Questions

Asked before every audit.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

It's free, and the catch is transparent: the report is how we earn the right to work with you. Some businesses hire us afterward; many take the action plan and run it themselves. Both outcomes are fine with us — the report is yours either way.

Can you actually remove negative reviews?

Sometimes — and only the right way. Platforms like Google and Yelp prohibit specific categories of reviews: fake accounts, competitors, ex-employees, off-topic rants, conflicts of interest, prohibited content. When a review violates policy, we build a documented dispute citing that policy. Legitimate negative feedback from real customers can't be removed — but it can be answered so well it stops costing you customers.

Do you post fake reviews or "bury" bad ones?

Never. Fake reviews are illegal under FTC rules, violate every platform's terms, and put your profiles at risk of penalties far worse than a bad review. Everything we do is policy-based and would survive an audit by the platforms themselves.

Do you need my passwords or access to my accounts?

Not for the audit — it's built entirely from your public footprint. If you later hire us for improvement work, you grant limited manager access through each platform's official sharing tools. We never ask for your passwords, ever.

How long does the audit take, and what do I get?

Three business days from request to inbox. You receive the Reputation Intelligence Report™: your Reputation Health Score™, platform-by-platform findings, competitor benchmarks, flagged issues, and a prioritized 90-day action plan.

What does it cost if I want your help after the audit?

Improvement work is scoped from your audit findings and quoted as a fixed project — no surprises. Monitoring is a flat monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. Your report includes exact recommendations, and pricing conversations only happen if you ask for them.

My rating is already good. Do I still need this?

Strong ratings hide quiet risks: slowing review velocity, falling response rates, a competitor accelerating past you, duplicate listings splitting your reviews. Half the value of the score is catching decay while it's still cheap to fix.

Is this just software scraping my listings?

The data collection is automated; the judgment isn't. A human analyst reviews every finding, writes your action plan, and signs the report. You'll see the difference on page one.

Your score already exists.
The only question is whether you've seen it.
